Through our website, we provide an online accommodation booking platform through which providers of temporary accommodation (hotels, apartments, villas, lodges, camps, bed and breakfasts, known collectively as the “accommodation(s)”) can advertise their rooms for booking, and through which visitors to the website can book such rooms. By making a booking through Korbah.com you enter into a legally binding agreement with the accommodation provider at which you book. We act as an intermediary to facilitate the booking. In the case of post-payment bookings our role is limited to the transmission of information between you and the accommodation provider. In the case of prepayment, we also manage the payment between you and the accommodation provider.
The information provided by us to visitors of our website is provided by accommodation providers. Accommodation providers are in direct contact with us and are responsible for information about their accommodation, including rates and availability. As such, while we endeavour to ensure that all information on our website is accurate at all times, we cannot guarantee accuracy and hence cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate information or non-delivery of information. Nor can we be held responsible for any interruptions, breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website. Our website is not, and should not be considered a recommendation of the quality, value, service level or rating of any accommodation available on it.
Prices
Prices on Korbah.com are highly competitive and contain no hidden charges. The price shown is the total price payable for the room as advertised, including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxed). The hotel may offer optional facilities and activities at an additional charge.
We want to ensure you pay the lowest price possible when booking through Korbah.com. We regularly check our prices vs competitors and show the “Best Price” against hotels where we believe we have the best price for the same combination of room type and hotel policies. While we endeavour to be accurate at all times, we cannot guarantee that the same or lower price cannot be found elsewhere.

Free Of Charge
Our service is free of charge. Unlike some other hotel booking websites we do not charge our customers a fee for making bookings.
Credit Card Or Bank Transfer
Many accommodation providers offer the option, or require, to pay fully at the time of confirming your booking. Online payments can be made with Easy Paisa, which is a secure third party online payment provider. Cards which are accepted include Mastercard, and Visa, but will depend on your country of origin and the country of the accommodation you are booking.
Please note that depending on the cancellation policies of the accommodation you are booking, refunds may not be possible in the case of cancellations or changes to your booking. Please carefully check the cancellation policies of hotels before confirming your bookings.
We take measures to prevent and detect credit card fraud. In the event of credit card fraud most banks or credit cards bear the risk and cover charges associated with such misuse (sometimes subject to a deductible). If you believe you have been a target of credit card fraud on Korbah.com, please contact us and we will assist wherever we can to minimise your losses.
Cancellation
By making a booking with an accommodation provider, you accept the cancellation and no-show policy of that accommodation provider, and any other terms and conditions specific to that accommodation provider. The cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel is made clearly available on our website prior to booking. We recommend that you ensure you have read the cancellation policy fully before completing your booking.
If you wish to modify or cancel a booking, please refer to the instructions laid out in your booking confirmation text message, or contact our customer service by telephone, where we will be happy to help. Please note that depending on the cancellation policy of your chosen accommodation provider, you may not be entitled to a full or partial refund.
Further Correspondence
By completing a booking, signing up or by voluntarily giving your personal details to one of our agents during a Korbah.com event, including, but not limited to, promotional events, field activations and social media campaigns, you agree to receiving a) text messages or emails associated with finalizing your booking, which may contain relevant offers from third parties, and b) emails asking you to review Korbah.com and your accommodation and c) promotional emails, sms and push notifications from Korbah.com or trusted partners. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails via a link provided in each email. If you would like us to remove your personal information from our database, unsubscribe from emails and/or SMS, please email [email protected]. Ranking And Guest Reviews
The default ranking of hotels on our website is “most popular” or “recommended”. Please note that the default ranking uses an algorithm based on multiple criteria.
After your stay we may ask you to complete a guest review giving your feedback on your chosen accommodation. The information in this guest review becomes the property of Korbah.com and may be used by us on the website to inform future guests of your opinion, for marketing of our website or specific accommodations and/or for any other purpose we see fit, for example on social media platforms, newsletters or apps.
We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove guest reviews at our discretion. The guest review should be regarded as a survey asking for your honest opinion, and does not include any offers or incentives.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, the technology and software required for our website or used by our website, and the intellectual property rights of content, information and material on our website, are owned by Korbah.com.
Korbah.com retains all rights, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights, the look and feel (including infrastructure) of the website and service provided. Intellectual property rights include all guest reviews, original content and translated content. You are not entitled to copy, scrape, integrate, utilise, combine or otherwise use the content of the website without our express, written permission. To the extent that you would otherwise own any (translated) content or guest reviews, you hereby assign, transfer and set over all such intellectual property rights to Korbah.com. Any unlawful use will constitute a material infringement of our intellectual property rights (including copyright and database right).
Payment verification
Korbah.com is constantly striving to reduce and minimize the effects of fraudulent payment transactions. In this regard, we reserve the right to carry out random checks and the possibility of requesting a copy of your ID. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the phone number and email address you provided at the time of the booking. In the event of not being able to contact you, your purchase shall be automatically moved to payment at hotel or cancelled. We also reserve the right to move your booking in payment at the hotel or cancel it in case the documents you transferred to us do not pass our security check. Also note that Korbah.com cannot ensure the availability of the services until the purchase is duly processed.
Miscellaneous
To the extent permitted by law, the provision of our services and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Pakistani law and any dispute shall exclusively be submitted to and arbitrated by the competent courts of Pakistan.
